e98 Terms and Conditions

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and e98 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of the e98 platform — including the website at e98.wine, the mobile application and any related services — is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game on e98, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

If you are accessing e98 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. You remain personally responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply:

• You must be registering as a private individual, not as a commercial entity or agent acting on behalf of others.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close associate of e98 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

e98 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult may be suspended pending verification or closed if verification is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

3Account Registration & Rules

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on e98. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same household or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be suspended and any bonuses, winnings or pending withdrawals associated with them may be voided.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, name or contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact e98 support immediately. e98 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be removed at the time of closure.

4Deposits

e98 accepts deposits in PKR through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods shown during the deposit process reflect what is currently active for your account.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• e98 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside our control.
• If a deposit is credited to your account but the funds are not showing, allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. In most cases this is a processing delay at the payment provider's end.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

e98 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the original deposit amount will be returned to the source payment method where possible.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your e98 PKR wallet can be requested at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, in line with standard anti-fraud practice.

Withdrawal Conditions

• You must have completed any active bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing funds that include a bonus component. Real-money funds deposited without an active bonus are generally not subject to wagering requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method and VIP tier. These are displayed during the withdrawal request process.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when withdrawing above a certain threshold. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within a few hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts have daily and monthly withdrawal limits. VIP account holders benefit from higher limits as part of the VIP Programme. If you need to discuss your withdrawal limits, contact support with your account details.

e98 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable cause to believe the funds involved are the result of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The wagering requirement multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is the amount by which your bonus must be turned over in eligible bets.
• One bonus per player, per promotion. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once — including through duplicate accounts — will result in all associated bonuses being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are stated in the bonus terms.
• Minimum odds apply when bonus funds are used on sports bets. Bets placed at odds below the minimum stated in the promotion do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.
• e98 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players.

If you are unsure whether a bonus has been applied correctly to your account, or if you have a question about the terms of a specific promotion, contact support before placing bets — disputes raised after wagering has begun are more difficult to resolve.

7Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the e98 platform, covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other available markets.

Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation notification and the bet appears in your account's bet history. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you see this confirmation. e98 is not liable for bets that were not completed due to connectivity issues on your end.

Settlement of Bets

All bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC and other recognised boards. In cases where an official result is subject to review, settlement may be delayed until the final result is confirmed.

• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within a platform-defined window (usually 24–48 hours for cricket matches).
• In-play bets accepted after a key event has occurred (e.g. a wicket that was not immediately reflected in the live odds) may be voided at e98's discretion.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If one leg is voided due to match cancellation, that leg is typically removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining legs.
• e98 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets, particularly for accounts that show a sustained pattern of placing bets on prices that are subsequently corrected.

Suspicious Activity and Integrity

Bets placed on events where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of result manipulation may be voided by e98 regardless of the official result. This applies across all sports, including cricket and PSL fixtures. e98 takes sporting integrity seriously and cooperates with relevant bodies where required.

8Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on e98 — including slots, live casino, crash games and instant win games — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, real dealers in regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of e98 and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection mid-round, the round may be cancelled and the bet stake returned to your wallet. Winnings are not paid for incomplete rounds caused by technical errors.
• Each game has a stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage. This is a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee results in any individual session.
• The minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by account tier.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Game rules are accessible from within the game interface.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e98 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform, place bets or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting known errors may be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Placing bets with the intent of guaranteeing a profit regardless of outcome through coordinated use of bonus funds (sometimes called "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage abuse").
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

10Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the e98 Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

e98 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services strictly as needed to operate the platform and process your transactions securely.

You have the right to request a copy of the data held about you, or to request its deletion, subject to legal retention obligations. Contact support to make a data request.

11Liability & Disclaimers

e98 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues on your end or at your network provider.
• Third-party payment provider delays or errors.
• Decisions made by you in the course of normal gameplay or betting activity.

e98's total liability to any user in any calendar month shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in that same month. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Gambling involves risk. You may lose the money you wager. e98 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform. Do not bet money you cannot afford to lose.

12Changes to These Terms

e98 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered users will be notified via their registered contact details or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. The date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

13Responsible Gaming

e98 is committed to promoting a safe and controlled gaming environment. The platform provides a range of tools to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can add to your wallet.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after you have been playing for a set period.
• Self-exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a fixed period or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.
• Reality checks: See summaries of your recent activity, including time spent and amounts wagered.
